Triangle exercise with leg on the wall

A wall is a great help in stretching. Pay attention, in this exercise we stretch our supporting leg, so it’s the leg that is on the floor. Turning our hip inward (the hip of your leg on the wall), we stretch the back of the leg that’s on the floor.

  • Doing this exercise remember that we need to stretch our left and right side the same amount of time.
