Lunges in stretching

There are two kinds of lunges in stretching. Take a big step back and straighten the knee of your back leg, make sure your front knee does not form a sharp angle. Place your forearms on the floor and stretch your back thigh and head towards the floor, hold it for a few seconds, then gently turn into a side lunge to stretch your adductors. Carefully push your legs away with your hands and hold this position while keeping your balance.

swing.
