Deep fold stretching sitting on a block

Unfortunately, folds are not that easy for everyone. It’s almost impossible to fold for several reasons (the most common reason is biceps femoris muscle). People try to swing to add some amplitude to the fold but it is not very effective and not safe. That’s why I suggest we start stretching sitting on a platform, for example, on a block as shown in the video. Sit higher off the ground and slowly fold forward on exhale and try to hold the fold as long as possible. Do several sets of this stretch and gradually lengthen the time you stay folded. Adjust height according to your body’s ability. Soon enough you will be able to fold sitting on the floor.
