Straightening leg on a block

This is a very effective exercise to stretch biceps femoris and prepare your legs for a front split.
✓ You need to warm up on your own before you do this.
✓ You need to straighten your leg on a block gently on exhale.
✓ There should not be any sharp movements to avoid injuries.
✓ Bend and straighten your knee a few times and hold a fold with straight legs for 30-60 seconds. Then slowly turn your body to the leg that is on the floor – it will make the stretch deeper, hold it for 30-60 seconds.
